Knowhere Privacy Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

Cinco AI, Inc. d/b/a Knowhere ("Knowhere," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and values your trust. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the treatment and handling of personal information that we may collect or otherwise process when you visit our website at https://www.goknowhere.com (the "Site"), access or use the Knowhere event resource management platform and related software and services (the "Platform"), communicate or otherwise interact with us, including in connection with sales, marketing, support, or events, or otherwise use our services (the Site, Platform, and related services, collectively, the "Service").

In certain circumstances, including when we process personal information submitted to or generated through the Platform on behalf of a business customer, Knowhere acts as a service provider or processor for that customer. In those circumstances, we process personal information on behalf of and at the direction of the applicable customer, and the customer's privacy practices and our agreement with that customer govern our processing. If you have questions or wish to exercise rights with respect to personal information that we process on behalf of a customer, you should direct your request to that customer.

2. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use. If you access or use the Service through an account provided by your employer or another organization, your use of the Service may also be subject to a separate agreement between Knowhere and that organization (each, a "Customer Agreement"). You also acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, you should not access or use the Service.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information from a variety of sources, depending on how you interact with the Service. We may collect personal information: (a) directly from you, such as when you create an account, use the Service, communicate with us, or submit information through the Service; (b) from our business customers, their authorized users, and other individuals who use the Service, including when they add contacts, meeting participants, or other information about you; (c) from third-party services and integrations that you or our customers connect to the Service, such as calendar or customer relationship management ("CRM") services; (d) from publicly available sources; (e) from service providers and other third parties that support our business; (f) from the device and browser that you use to access the Service; and (g) from cookies and similar technologies.

Identifiers

We may collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, business or mailing address, billing address, username or account name, unique or online identifiers, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, and other similar contact or account identifiers.

Professional and/or Employment Information

We may collect your employer or company affiliation, job title, business contact information, professional profile information (including LinkedIn information where provided to the Service or obtained from publicly available sources), and other information relating to your professional role.

Event, Meeting, and Scheduling Information

We may collect information relating to events and meetings, including event and conference information, meeting dates, times and locations, attendee and participant information, calendar and scheduling information, company participation information, and information regarding meetings or interactions between our customers and their contacts.

Financial and Transactional Information

We may collect billing and transaction information relating to purchases of or subscriptions to the Service. We use Stripe to process payments, and payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe rather than stored by us. We may receive limited billing, subscription, and transaction information from Stripe in connection with those payments.

User-generated Content

We collect the information and content of communications that you share through the Service. This may include meeting notes, comments, debrief information, account or customer information, scheduling information, and other information, communications, or content that you or our customers choose to enter, upload, import, or otherwise make available through the Service.

Inferences

We may also draw inferences from the information that we collect that reflect your professional role or seniority and other limited business-related characteristics. For example, the Service may use a person's job title or similar professional information to categorize that person's relative level of professional seniority.

Device Information

We may collect device information when you visit our Site or access or use the Platform. Device information may include your device type, browser type, operating system, online and/or unique identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, and similar technical information.

Internet Activity

We may collect information concerning your interaction with the Service, including when you access the Service and your browsing activity on the Service (such as which pages or features you visit or use, in what order, and for how long). This may also include log, usage, traffic, diagnostic, and performance information provided by our hosting, analytics, performance-monitoring, and similar service providers that may be used to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service and, where applicable, for marketing purposes.

The Service is intended for business users and it is not intended for children under the age of 13 and Knowhere does not knowingly collect personal information online from individuals under the age of 13. 6. Our Use of Personal Information

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service to you and providing products or services requested by, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our relationship with, you, including creating and administering accounts, providing customer support, and enabling access to features and functionality of the Service;
• Providing the Service on behalf of our business customers and at their direction, including processing information that our customers and their authorized users submit to, import into, or otherwise make available through the Service;
• Enabling customers to plan and manage events, personnel, schedules, meetings, and attendees, including coordinating meetings, assigning team members, identifying scheduling conflicts, and sending calendar invitations and meeting-related communications;
• Maintaining and facilitating integrations with third-party services selected or authorized by our customers, including calendar and CRM services;
• Providing event-related analytics, reports, summaries, and debriefs to our customers based on information entered into or generated through the Service;
• Providing artificial intelligence and machine-learning features, including organizing and summarizing meeting notes and generating limited business-related classifications or inferences from professional information;
• Managing our relationship with you, and responding to your inquiries or requests, and requesting feedback;
• Evaluating your eligibility for employment or partnership;
• Analyzing use of the Site and Service, including to understand usage trends, measure performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve the functionality and user experience of the Service;
• Developing, maintaining, and improving the Service and our products and features, including through the creation and use of aggregated or de-identified information;
• Communicating with you about the Service, including sending administrative, transactional, service-related, and security communications;
• Providing relevant promotional materials and other marketing communications, subject to your communications preferences and applicable law;
• Processing and administering subscriptions, billing, and payments, including through our payment-processing providers;

• Our customers, including where we process personal information on behalf of a business customer or provide information, analytics, reports, summaries, or other Service functionality to that customer at its direction.
• Meeting participants and other recipients, when a customer or authorized user directs us to send calendar invitations, meeting confirmations, or other communications through the Service.
• Business partners, such as when you or a customer chooses to connect the Service with a third-party product or service, including CRM, calendar, or other business applications, or otherwise directs us to disclose information to a third party. Depending on the circumstances, those third parties may process personal information under their own privacy policies and terms.
• Advisors and financial institutions, including auditors, notaries, business continuity support service providers, and legal, tax, and risk and compliance advisors.
• With third parties in connection with a change to the control or financial status of the company, including a corporate restructuring, sale, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, transfer, assignment of assets, or business merger or divestiture. Personal information and other information may be shared in the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that transaction.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority to make the request before responding. We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable law.

Where Knowhere processes personal information on behalf of one of our business customers, that customer is generally responsible for responding to requests concerning such information. If your request relates to information contained in a customer account or workspace, you should direct your request to the applicable customer. Where required by applicable law, we will assist our customer in responding to such requests.

11. Additional Information for International Users

Knowhere is based in the United States, and personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal information across national borders.

Where the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Canada, or another jurisdiction require us to identify a legal basis for processing personal information, we may process personal information as necessary to perform a contract or take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to comply with our legal obligations, based on your consent where appropriate, or for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests. We do not use automated decision-making without human intervention to make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Please note that these other sites and services may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information, and we encourage you to review their policies before engaging with these third-party sites or services.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date at the top of this policy. Knowhere has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage users to periodically check this page for any changes and to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. In the event of a material change to this Privacy Policy, we will provide additional notice as required by applicable law, which may include notice through the Service, on our website, or by email.
